This page allows you to view the details of allocation that is done for all the equipment belonging to a location. Tell me more.
Select the “View Allocation For Equipment” link from the bottom of the “View Cost Plan Allocation” page.
The “View Allocation For Equipment” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Plan No. |
The number of the plan for which allocation is done. |

Location |
The location to which the equipment belongs. |
|
Financial Year |
The financial year for which the allocation is done. |
Enter the following fields:

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work type for which you wish to view the allocation that is done. The system fills in all the types for which allocation is already done. |

Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work category for which you wish to view the allocation that is done. The system fills in all the categories for which allocation is already done. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the following field:

Allocation For Above Combination |
The amount that is allocated for the location and for the work type and category. |

The system displays the following fields in the “Allocation Details” multiline: |

The equipment belonging to the location for which allocation must be viewed. |

Total Amt. |
The total amount that must be allocated to the equipment. |

Skills Amt. |
The amount that is allocated to the skills. |
|
Parts Amt. |
The amount that is allocated to spare parts. |
|
Tools Amt. |
The amount that is allocated to tools. |
|
Other Res. Amt. |
The amount that is allocated to other resources. |
|
Misc. Amt. |
The amount that is allocated towards miscellaneous expenditure. |
|
Outsourced Amt. |
The amount that is allocated towards any outsourced expenditure. |
|
Buffer Amt. |
The amount that is available for any additional expenditure. |

Eqp. Desc. |
The description of the equipment. |

The login ID of the user who made the allocation. |

Created Date |
The date and time of allocation. |

Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the allocation. |

The date and time at which the allocation was last modified. |
