This page allows you to select the plan for viewing its apportionment details. Tell me more.
Select the “View Apportionment” link under the “Budget” business component.
The “Select Plan” page appears.
To search for a plan
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a plan:

Financial Year |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve plans based on the financial year for which it was created. The system fills in all the financial years that have been defined in the “Create Calendar” activity under the “Accounting Setup” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions and are in the “Active” status. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Location |
Use the drop-down list box to select the location for which you want to view apportionment. The system lists all the locations that belong to the primary system. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the plan for which you wish to view the apportionment done. The system provides the options: “Approved”, “Superseded” and “Closed”. Leave the field blank, if you wish to retrieve plans irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves in the “Search Results” multiline.

The plan retrieved by the system. |

Financial Year |
The financial year in which the plan was created. |

Location |
The location for which the plan amount was apportioned. |
|
Type |
The work type for which the apportionment was done. |

Category |
The work category for which the apportionment was done. |

Status |
The status of the plan, which can be “Approved”, “Superseded” and “Closed”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the plan for which you wish to view the apportionment done.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Apportionment by Period” link from the bottom of the page to view the apportionment done for the plan.

This page allows you to select the plan for viewing its apportionment details. You can select the plan by carrying out a search based on the financial year in which the plan was created, the location for which the apportionment was done and the status of the plan.
