This page allows you to view the details of the proposal defined for the equipment belonging to a location. Tell me more.
Select the “View Proposal For Equipment” link from the “View Proposal” page.
The “View Proposal For Equipment” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Proposal No. |
The proposal for which the proposed costs must be apportioned among the equipment belonging to the location. |
|
Location |
The location for which proposal is created. |
|
Financial Year |
The year for which proposal is created. |
Enter the following fields if you wish to view the proposal definition for equipment based on a work order type and category other than the type and category selected in the previous page.

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work type for which you wish to view the proposal that is raised. The system fills in all the types that are defined in the “Define WO Types” activity and are in the “Active” status. Set the field as “All” or leave the field blank, if you wish to view the proposal details for all the types of work orders. |

Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work category for which you wish to retrieve the proposal that is raised. The system fills in all the categories that are defined in the “Define WO Categories” activity and are in the “Active” status. Set the field as “All” or leave the field blank, if you wish to view the proposal details for all the categories of work orders. |

The system displays the following field: |

Status |
The status of the proposal which can be “Fresh”, “Approved”, “Superceded” and “Canceled”. |

Proposal for Above Combination |
The proposal amount that has been defined for the “Proposal No – Location – Financial Year – Type – Category “ combination. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the following details of the proposal that is defined for the equipment:

Eqp. |
The equipment for which the proposal is defined. |

Total Amt. |
The total amount that is required for carrying out maintenance work on the equipment.. |
|
Skills Amt. |
The amount that is required for the expenditure on skills. |
|
Parts Amt. |
The amount that is required for the expenditure on spare parts. |
|
Tools Amt. |
The amount that is required for the expenditure on tools. |
|
Other Res. Amt. |
The amount that is required for the expenditure on other resources. |
|
Misc. Amt. |
The amount that is required for miscellaneous expenditure. |
|
Outsourced Amt. |
The amount that is required for outsourcing resources. |
|
Buffer Amt. |
The difference between the total amount and the amount that is proposed for resources. This amount is utilized as the buffer amount. |
Note: The buffer amount is calculated by the following formula:
Buffer amount = Total proposed amount – Amount proposed for (Skills + Parts + Tools + Other resources + Miscellaneous + Outsourced amount)

The login ID of the user who created the proposal for the equipment. |

The date and time at which the user created the proposal. |

The login ID of the user who last modified the proposal. |

The date and time at which the user last modified the proposal. |
Viewing the proposal defined for equipment – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of the proposal defined for the equipment belonging to a location. You can view the proposal details of equipment for a work type and work category that are selected in the previous page. You can also enter a type and category of work order in this page and view the proposal details.
The system displays the details of the proposed amount being apportioned to various equipment belonging to the location. You can also view the break-up of expenses that are expected to be incurred on various resources that will be utilized for carrying out maintenance activities on the equipment belonging to the location.
The system also displays the login ID of the user who created and modified the proposal along with the date and time of creation and modification.
