Select the “View Delivery Area” link at the bottom of the “Create Carrier” page.
Note: This page can also be invoked from the “Edit Carrier” page.
The "View Delivery Area" page appears.
Enter the following detail:

Delivery Area Code |
The code identifying the area where the goods are delivered (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Parent Delivery Area Description |
The description of the parent delivery area code (Alphanumeric, 25). |

Delivery Area Description |
The description of the delivery area code (Alphanumeric, 25). |

Level |
The level of the carrier (Integer). |

Parent Delivery Area Code |
In the “Delivery area” business component there is a facility to automatically assign level to a delivery area and map to a parent, thus creating hierarchy of delivery area. The unique code of a parent delivery area is the “Parent Delivery Area Code” (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the carrier. The options available are “Active”, “Inactive”, “Cancelled” and “ALL”. |

The code identifying the area where the goods are delivered. |

The level of the carrier. |

The code identifying the reason for which the carrier is activated or deactivated. |

View Delivery Area – An Overview
|

You can specify a delivery area code and view its details. If you want to view restricted details of the specified delivery area, you can carry out a search by specifying the delivery area code, parent delivery area description, delivery area description, level, parent delivery area code and status in the search criteria. The search result gets displayed in the multiline.
