Create Carrier Additional Addresses

This page allows you to specify additional addresses for the carrier. Tell me more
Select the “Create Carrier Additional Addresses” link at the bottom of the “Create Carrier” page.
The "Create Carrier Additional Addresses" page appears.
The system displays the following details:

Status |
The status of the carrier. |
|
Carrier Code |
The unique code identifying the carrier. |
|
Carrier Name |
The name of the carrier corresponding to the carrier code. |
Enter the following details in the “Additional Address Details” multiline.

Address Id |
The code identifying the address of the carrier (Alphanumeric, 12) Mandatory. At least one entry must be present for this field in the multiline. It must not contain any space or special characters. If you specify an additional address id, make sure that the value of the address id you specified is present in the carrier master database. |

Address Line1 |
The first line of the address of the carrier (Alphanumeric, 40) Mandatory. |
|
Address Line2 |
The second line of the address of the carrier, if any (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Address Line3 |
The third line of the address of the carrier, if any (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Contact Person |
The name of the person who has to be contacted regarding the carrier (Alphanumeric, 45). |

City |
The name of the city (Alphanumeric, 40) Mandatory. |
|
State |
The name of the state (Alphanumeric, 40) Mandatory. |
|
Country |
The name of the country (Alphanumeric, 40) Mandatory. |
|
Zip Code |
The code identifying the area (Alphanumeric, 20) Mandatory. |
|
Phone |
The phone number of the carrier (Alphanumeric, 18). |
|
|
The e-mail id of the carrier, if any (Alphanumeric, 60). |
|
URL |
The uniform resource locator pertaining to the e-mail id (Alphanumeric, 50). |
The system displays the following detail:

Created At |
The login organizational unit at which the carrier is created. |

Fax |

Click the “Save ” pushbutton to save the newly created addresses for a particular carrier code.
If the specified "Address Id" already exists for the carrier and if the Login OU and the "Created At" do not match, all the address information from the database is retrieved and the page is refreshed. If the specified "Address Id" does not exist then the new "Address Id" for the carrier at LO Level is saved and the page with saved records is refreshed. If you modify the "Address Id" and if the Login OU and the "Created At" fields matches, the changes are saved and the page is refreshed.
Create Carrier Additional Addresses – An overview

The carrier information corresponding to the carrier code is retrieved and displayed in the respective fields. You can specify more than one address and contact person for a carrier code.
