This activity allows you to set the closing options for a particular business function group. You can select whether the closing is required or not.
Select the “Set Closing Options” link under the “Financial Calendar Closure” business component.
The “Set Closing Options” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Company |
The code identifying the company. |
The system displays the following in the “Closing Option” group box:

Business Function Group |
The code identifying the business function group. |
Enter the following fields:

Closing Required |
Use the drop-down to select the values for which you want to close the business function group or not. You can select from “Yes” or “No”. |
Click the “Set” pushbutton to set the closing options.
The system displays the following:

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the closing options was last modified. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the closing options. |
