This page allows you to view the error details logged during the process run. You can view the run number; run date, the status of the run, the business function group, the organization unit of the BFG and the finance book of the BFG. You can also view the error details like the error ID and the error description. You can abort, resume and undo the process run.
Select the “View Error Details” link at the bottom of the “View Processing Status” page.
The “View Error Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:

The number identifying the process run. |

Run Date |
The date on which the process is run. |

Run Status |
The status of the process run. |
|
Business Function Group |
The name identifying the business function group. |
|
Organization Unit |
The organization unit of the business function group. |
|
Finance Book |
The finance book of the business function group. |
The system displays the following in the “Error Details” group box:

The code identifying the error. |

Error Desc. |
A textual description of the error. |
Click the “Abort” pushbutton to abort the process run.
Click the “Resume” pushbutton to resume the process run.
Click the “Undo” pushbutton to undo the process run.
