This page allows you to edit a plan. Tell me more.

The “Modify Plan” page appears.

Plan No.

The plan to be edited (Alphanumeric, 30).

 

Press <Enter>. The system retrieves the details of the plan.

Note: You can modify a plan that is in the “Fresh” status. The system does not allow you to modify this plan, if there already exists a plan in the “Closed” status for the financial year for which the plan is was created.

The system retrieves the following details:

Plan Date

The date on which the plan was created.

Status

The status of the proposal, which can be “Fresh”.

Financial Year

The financial year for which the plan was created.

Start Date

The starting date of the current financial year as defined in the “Create Calendar” activity under the “Accounting Setup” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions.

End Date

The ending date of the current financial year as defined in the “Create Calendar” activity under the “Accounting Setup” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions.

Plan Amt.

The amount that is planned towards the expenditure for the location (Decimal). Mandatory. Ensure that the plan amount is not negative.

  The system displays the following field:

Planning Group

The planning group that is responsible for creating the plan. The system displays the planning group of the apex location.

Desc.

The description of the plan (Alphanumeric, 150).

 

Zoom facility available

The system displays the following fields in the “Proposal Details” group box:

Apex Loc.

The location for which the plan was created.

Proposal No.

The number of the approved proposal that was created for the apex location for the selected financial year.

Proposal Date

The date on which the proposal was created.

Total Proposed Amt.

The total amount that is proposed and approved for the apex location and for the financial year.

Canceling Remarks

Any additional information on canceling the plan (Alphanumeric, 150).

 

Zoom facility available

Note: The system cancels the plan and sets the status of the plan as “Canceled”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the plan.

Created Date

The date and time at which the user created the plan.

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user who last modified the plan.

Last Modified Date

The date and time at which the user last modified the plan.

Editing plan – An overview

You can edit a plan in this page. You can edit the plan selected in the previous page. You can also enter a plan in this page and edit its details. You can modify the plan amount and the description of the plan. You can also cancel a plan in this page. On cancellation, the system sets the status of the plan as “Canceled”.
