Select the “View Bulk Proposal” link under the “Budget” business component.
The “View Proposal Details” page appears.
Enter the following fields:
Financial Year |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve proposals that are created for a financial year. The system fills in all the financial years that have been defined in the “Create Calendar” activity under the “Accounting Setup” business component of Ramco Corporate Solutions and which are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, to retrieve proposals created for all the financial years. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Current Loc. |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve proposals that are created for a specific location. The system fills in all the locations that are already defined in the “Create Location” activity of the “Maintenance Organization” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, to retrieve proposals created for all locations. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to search for proposals based on the status. The system provides the options: “Fresh”, “Canceled”, “Approved” and “Superseded”. Leave the field blank to retrieve proposals irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Type |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve proposals based on the work type for which it is created. The system fills in this field with all the types that have been defined in the “Define WO Types” activity of the “Work Order” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, to retrieve proposals irrespective of the type. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Category |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve proposals based on the work category for which it is created. The system fills in this field with all the categories that have been defined in the “Define WO Categories” activity of the “Work Order” business component and are in the “Active” status. Leave the field blank, to retrieve proposals irrespective of the category. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Planning Group |
The planning group based on which you wish to retrieve the proposals (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter all or part of the planning group. The system retrieves all the proposals that are created by similar planning groups. |
Approved By |
The login ID of the user who approved the proposal (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the login ID in full or specify it partially. The system retrieves all proposals created by users similar to the login ID of the user entered here. |
Enter the following fields in the “Proposal Date” field to retrieve proposals created during a specific period:
From |
The starting date from which you wish to retrieve the proposals (Date Format). |
To |
The date until which you wish to retrieve the proposals (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in this field is later than the date entered in the “To” field. |

Buffer Amt. |
The difference between the total amount and the amount that is proposed for resources. This amount is utilized as the buffer amount. |
Proposal Date |
The date on which the proposal was created. |
Status |
The status of the proposal, which can be “Fresh”, “Approved” “Superceded” or “Canceled”. |
Planning Group |
The planning group that created the proposal. |
Approved By |
The login ID of the user who approved the proposal. |

Enter the following fields in the “Expense History” group box:
Financial Year |

Set the field as “All” or leave the field blank, if you wish to view the budget details for all the types of work orders that can be raised in the location. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work category for which you wish to view the details of the previous budget. The system fills in all the categories that are defined in the “Define WO Categories” activity and are in the “Active” status. Set the field as “All” or leave the field blank, if you wish to view the budget details for all the categories of work orders that can be raised in the location. The system leaves the field blank, by default. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system retrieves the following details:

The total amount that is proposed for the location. |

The amount that is proposed for the expenditure on skills. |

The amount that is proposed for the expenditure on parts. |
Proposed Tools |
The amount that is proposed for the expenditure on tools. |

The amount that is proposed for the expenditure on other resources. |
Proposed Misc. |
The amount that is proposed for miscellaneous expenditure. |
Proposed Outsource |
The amount that is proposed for the expenditure on outsourcing resources. |
Proposed Buffer |
The amount that is proposed for any additional or buffer expenditure. |

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the row for which you wish to view the details of the proposal that is defined for equipment belonging to the location.

Viewing bulk proposals – An overview
This page allows you to view more than one proposal at the same time. You can retrieve proposals based on the following search criteria:
The financial year and the location for which you wish to view the proposals
The status of the proposal
The work type and work category of work order for which the proposal is created
The login ID of the user who approved the proposal
The period within which the proposals have been created
The planning group and the employee who approved the proposal
Based on the filter criteria entered, the system retrieves the proposals for viewing.
The system displays the following details of the proposals:
The proposal number and the location for which the proposal has been created
The type and category of the proposal
The total amount that has been specified for the proposal
The amount that is proposed for expenses that are expected to be incurred on various resources that is utilized for carrying out maintenance activities for the location for which the proposal is created
The status of the proposal which can be “Fresh”, “Canceled”, “Superseded” and “Approved”
The planning group that created the budget.
The login ID of the user who approved the budget.
You can also view the details of the budgets that are created during the previous years for the specific location, type and category combination. The system also displays the login ID of the user who created and modified the proposal for the current location as well as the date and time of creation and modification.
