Elevator Status
Select the “Elevator Status” activity under the “Infrastructural Maintenance” business component.
The “Elevator Status” page appears.

Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help
page of the respective field.
To create elevator status report
Enter the following details in the group box:
Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the mode of selection. The combo is loaded with the values “Create”, “Edit”, “Delete” and “View”. |
Transaction No |
The number identifying the transaction of the log sheet. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:
Status |
The status of the transaction. |
Enter the following details in the group box:
Scheme Code / Description |
The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:
Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the group box:
Date |
The date on which the elevator status is recorded. |
Shift |
Use the drop-down list box to select the shift for which the elevator status to be recorded. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Categories Master” activity. |
Enter the following details in the “Status” multiline:
Elevator No |
Use the drop-down list box to select the elevator for which the status to be recorded. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Categories Master” activity. |
Time |
The run time of the elevator. |
The system displays the following in the “Status” multiline:
Parameter |
The description of the parameter. |
Category |
The category of the elevator. |
Enter the following details in the “Search Results” multiline:
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the elevator to be recorded. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Categories Master” activity. |
Remarks |
Any remarks or additional information regarding the elevator status details. |
Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.
Click the “Maintain” button to save (create/modify) the elevator status details.
On save, the system generates a transaction number and the status is updated as “Fresh”.
Click the “Freeze” button to freeze the elevator status details.
On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.
To modify the elevator status details
Choose the “Edit” option from the Mode.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Scheme Code / Description |
The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
Transaction No |
The number identifying the transaction of the log sheet. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
The system displays the corresponding details of the scheme in the header and in the tabs. You can modify the required fields.
Click the “Maintain” button to save (create/modify) the elevator status details.
Click the “Freeze” button to freeze the elevator status details.
On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Categories Master” link to record the categories master details.
Select the “Print” link to view the elevator status report.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the elevator status details. |
Created Date |
The date on which the elevator status details was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the elevator status details. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the elevator status details was last modified. |
