Log Sheet for Fire Fighting System

Select the “Log Sheet for Fire Fighting System” activity under the “Infrastructural Maintenance” business component.
The “Log Sheet for Fire Fighting System” page appears.

To create log sheet for fire fighting system details
Enter the following details in the group box:

Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the mode of selection. The combo is loaded with the values “Create”, “Edit”, “Delete” and “View”. |

Transaction No |
The number identifying the transaction of the log sheet. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:

Status |
The status of the transaction. |
Enter the following details in the group box:

Scheme Code / Description |
The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:

Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the group box:
|
Date |
The date on which the log sheet is recorded. |
|
S.S System Cameras (Available) |
The security surveillance system camera which is available for fire fighting system. |
|
S.S System Cameras (Functional) |
The security surveillance system camera which is used for fire fighting system. |

Shift |
Use the drop-down list box to select the shift of the log sheet. The combo is loaded with the values as defined “Categories Master” activity. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Status” multiline:

Description |
The description of the log sheet. |

Category |
The category of the log sheet. |
Enter the following details in the “Status” multiline:

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the log sheet. |

Remarks |
Any remarks or additional information regarding the log sheet details for fire fighting system. |
Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.
Click the “Maintain” button to save (create/modify) the log sheet details for fire fighting system.
On save, the system generates a new transaction number and the status is updated as “Fresh”.
Click the “Freeze” button to freeze the log sheet details for fire fighting system.
On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.
To modify the log sheet details for fire fighting system
Choose the “Edit” option from the Mode.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

The number identifying the transaction of the log sheet. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
The system displays the corresponding details of the scheme in the header and in the tabs. You can modify the required fields.
Click the “Maintain” button to save (create/modify) the log sheet details for fire fighting system.
Click the “Freeze” button to freeze the log sheet details for fire fighting system.
On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Categories Master” link to record the categories details.
Select the “Print” link to view the log sheet details for fire fighting system.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:
