To create weekly log sheet for fire fighting and detection system details

Mode

Status

The status of the transaction.

Scheme Code / Description

The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Mandatory. Press <Enter>.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:

Scheme Name

The name of the scheme.

Shift

Use the drop-down list box to select the shift for which the log sheet to be recorded. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Categories Master” activity.

Year

Use the drop-down list box to select the year for which the log sheet to be recorded. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Categories Master” activity.

Week

Use the drop-down list box to select the week for which the task to be recorded.

 The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:

Period

The period values are retrieved based on week selected.

Area

Use the drop-down list box to select the area for which the log sheet to be recorded. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Categories Master” activity.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Status” multiline:

Category

The category of the log sheet.

Flag

Use the drop-down list box to select the flag. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Installed”, “Condition” and “Not Installed”.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the log sheet.

Remarks

Any remarks or additional information regarding the log sheet details for fire fighting system.

Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.

On save, the system generates a new transaction number and the status is updated as “Fresh”.

On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.

To modify the weekly log sheet details for fire fighting and detection system

Scheme Code / Description

The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Press <Enter>.

Transaction No

Last Modified Date
