Fire Testing & Mock Drill

Select the “Fire Testing & Mock Drill” activity under the “Infrastructural Maintenance” business component.
The “Fire Testing & Mock Drill” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.
To create fire testing & mock drill details
Enter the following details in the group box:

Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the mode of selection. The combo is loaded with the values “Create”, “Edit”, “Delete” and “View”. |

Transaction No |
The number identifying the transaction of the log sheet. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:
|
Status |
The status of the transaction. |
Enter the following details in the group box:
|
Scheme Code / Description |
The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:

Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
|
Year |
Use the drop-down list box to select the year for which the log sheet to be recorded. |

Frequency |
Use the drop-down list box to select the frequency in terms of period. The combo is loaded with the values “Blank”, “Weekly”, “Monthly”, “Quarterly”, “Half Yearly” and “Yearly” as defined in “Fire Testing & Mock Drill Setup” activity. |

Term |
Use the drop-down list box to select the term for which the fire testing and mock drill details are to be recorded. The combo is loaded with the values based on frequency selected. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:

Period |
The period values are retrieved based on term selected. |
Enter the following details in the “Report Actuals” multiline:
|
Date |
The date on which the fire testing and mock drill log sheet is recorded. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Report Actuals” multiline:

Category |
The category of the log sheet. |
|
Sub Category |
The sub category of the log sheet. |
Enter the following details in the “Report Actuals” multiline:

Area |
Use the drop-down list box to select the area of the property. |
|
Floor |
The name of the floor for which the log sheet to be recorded. |
|
Company Name |
The name of the company. |
|
Remarks |
Any remarks or additional information regarding the fire testing and mock drill details. |
Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.
Click the “Maintain” button to save (create/modify) the fire testing and mock drill details.
On save, the system generates a new transaction number and the status is updated as “Fresh”.
Click the “Freeze” button to freeze the fire testing and mock drill details.
On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.
To modify the fire testing & mock drill details
Choose the “Edit” option from the Mode.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Scheme Code / Description |
The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |

Transaction No |
The number identifying the transaction of the log sheet. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
The system displays the corresponding details of the scheme in the header and in the tabs. You can modify the required fields.
Click the “Maintain” button to save (create/modify) the fire testing and mock drill details.
Click the “Freeze” button to freeze the fire testing and mock drill details.
On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Categories Master” link to record the categories details.
Select the “Fire Testing & Mock Drill Setup” link to record the fire testing and mock drill setup details.
Select the “Print” link to view the fire testing and mock drill details.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the fire testing and mock drill details. |

Created Date |
The date on which the fire testing and mock drill details was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the fire testing and mock drill details. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the fire testing and mock drill details was last modified. |
