Fuel Consumption Log

Select the “Fuel Consumption Log” activity under the “Infrastructural Maintenance” business component.
The “Fuel Consumption Log” page appears.
- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.
To create fuel consumption log details
Enter the following details in the group box:

Mode |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the mode of selection. The combo is loaded with the values “Create”, “Edit”, “Delete” and “View”. |

Transaction No |
The number identifying the transaction of the log sheet. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:
|
Status |
The status of the transaction. |
Enter the following details in the group box:
|
Scheme Code / Description |
The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the group box:

Scheme Name |
The name of the scheme. |
Enter the following details in the group box:
|
Date |
The date on which the log sheet is recorded. |
|
Shift |
Use the drop-down list box to select the shift for which the log sheet to be recorded. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Categories Master” activity. |
Note: Ensure that the data for any date and shift combination is not skipped.
Enter the following details in the “Consumption Details” multiline:

DG Set No |
Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifies the diesel generator set. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in “Categories Master” activity. |

Units Generated |
The number of units of power generated by diesel generator sets. |
|
Running Hrs. |
The running hours of the diesel generator. |
|
Fuel Cons. (Ltr) |
The fuel consumption by the diesel generator set, specified in litres. |
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Consumption Details” multiline:

Avg. Load (Kw) |
The average load of the diesel generator calculated and specified in kilo watts. |
|
Fuel Eff. |
The fuel efficiency of the diesel generator. |
Note: At lease one row should be selected in the multiline.
Click the “Maintain” button to save (create/modify) the fuel consumption log details.
On save, the system generates a new transaction number and the status is updated as “Fresh”.
Click the “Freeze” button to freeze the fuel consumption log details.
On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.
To modify the fuel consumption log details
Choose the “Edit” option from the Mode.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Scheme Code / Description |
The code identifying the scheme or description of the scheme for which the log sheets to be entered. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |

Transaction No |
The number identifying the transaction of the log sheet. Mandatory. Press <Enter>. |
The system displays the corresponding details of the scheme in the header and in the tabs. You can modify the required fields.
Click the “Maintain” button to save (create/modify) the fuel consumption log details.
Click the “Freeze” button to freeze the fuel consumption log details.
On freeze, the system changes the status from “Fresh” to “Frozen”. Ensure that no modification is allowed for transaction once it is frozen.
The system displays the following in the “Data History” group box:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the fuel consumption log details. |

Created Date |
The date on which the fuel consumption log details was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who modified the fuel consumption log details. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the fuel consumption log details was last modified. |
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “Categories Master” link to record the categories master details.
Select the “Print” link to view the fuel consumption log details.
