Help on Serial Numbers

This page allows you to search and select a serial number and transfer the details to the field where it is required. You can carry out a search by specifying the serial number details of the item. The system retrieves the values based on the details entered.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Starting Serial No. / Ending Serial No.” field.

The “Help on Serial Numbers” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Serial No. From	The starting number in the range of numbers identifying the serial number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 28).
Serial No. To	The ending number in the range of numbers identifying the serial number of the item. (Alphanumeric, 28).

The system displays the following:

Item Code	The code identifying the item.
Variant Code	The variant code of the item.
Lot No.	The number identifying the lot number of the item.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Serial No.

The number identifying the serial number of the item.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a serial number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
