Authorize Stock Transfer Receipt – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to select and authorize the Stock Transfer Receipt. A Stock Transfer Receipt is raised against a Stock Transfer Note when the items reach the receiving point. This activity allows you to search and select the Stock Transfer Receipt for authorization. The result of the search process gets displayed in the multiline. Multiple receipts can be selected and authorized at the same time. This activity also permits you to modify the existing data (if needed) and authorize the Stock Transfer Receipt. The status gets updated to “Authorized” on authorization of the Stock Transfer Receipt.

You can also return the Stock Transfer Receipt before authorization, if you find any discrepancies in the details specified. The status of a receipt that has been returned is updated to “Returned”.    

This activity permits you to specify accounting information pertaining to the Stock Transfer Receipt. You can modify the TC by item, TCF by document and shipping details. This activity permits you to view the Stock Transfer Receipt summary details and item attribute details. This activity also permits you to attach notes pertaining to the Stock Transfer Receipt. The authorized Stock Transfer Receipt can be inspected and moved to the respective warehouses, zones and bins in this activity.
