Activate/Deactivate Carrier – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to activate or deactivate a carrier. When a carrier is deactivated the status of the carrier gets updated to “Inactive”, which indicates the temporary suspension of transaction with the carrier. When you create a new carrier, the default carrier status is “Active”. You can also activate the deactivated carrier in this activity. Multiple carrier codes can be activated or deactivated based on the search criteria.   

You must specify the reason code for deactivating the carrier. This activity also allows you to view the carrier additional address details and the carrier transportation details.
