MIS Log – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to record the shift wise engineering log details on daily basis. In this log sheet, daily checks (i.e. electrical/DG running, Mechanical/Plumbing/Fire, Air Conditioning and Other), faults, complaints, repair, preventive maintenance and other follow ups are recoded on daily basis.
