Infrastructural Maintenance – An overview

Introduction

The infrastructure maintenance component allows you to maintain the routine log sheets for fire, engineering, house keeping and security department. The log sheets are maintained in the system on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Using this component you can register the complaints against the elevator, air conditioning, electrical, civil, plumbing and fire related complaints. You can maintain the log sheet for fire fighting system, weekly log sheet for fire fighting and detection system, fire testing and mock drill, and fire fighting system daily log details.

In this component, you can record the engineering log sheet, fuel consumption log sheet and MIS log sheets. You can also define the house keeping log sheets like schedule of tasks and facade lift master details. The material sent against the returnable gate pass and security master details can be maintained.
